Just wanted to say you gals are all the greatest.  I was just reading testimonials on your website, and thinking of my experience with all of  you…. from you, the front desk (Janet & Jeanette), the girls in the back, Dr. Richardson, it has just been amazing, especially when I had my “breakdown” after surgery and Dr. Richardson consoled me, like a was a person not just a patient ..Who does that…you wouldn’t see that in any other profession or probably in any other ortho office either.  I have nothing but high praise for each and every one of you…I love you all just like family! I just wanted to let you know that.

Hello everyone at Richardson's Orthodontics,

The pictures worked! I can't even express to you all how thankful I am for the past two years I've spent in a dental chair in the office. The difference in my teeth is amazing and it feels so good to be able to smile with confidence knowing that my teeth look so beautiful!  For me braces were a wonderful experience and I have all of you to thank for that. Now I just can't wait to see Emma and Caroline's new smiles!

From Holly: "Before I was a patient here at Dr. Richardson's Orthodontics, I never would have thought I needed braces. Yes there were minor problems in my eyes, that what I thought would never need almost 3 years of fixing, But was I ever wrong!

The change of my before and after pictures are unbelievable! I could NOT have asked for a better transformation! It has drastically changed my smile appearance, and I absolutely love it.
I now happily smile with my new teeth, with tons of compliments.

From Richard : "Deciding to get braces is a big decision. After years of being self-conscious about my teeth, I decided to take a leap of faith and it has paid off. My experience with Dr. Richardson’s orthodontist has been nothing but superb. I was always greeted, and welcomed by their friendly staff, and making appointments was easy because of their flexible scheduling hours. Dr. Richardson was always concerned with my needs, and what I wished to have done with my teeth.

Braces can be expensive, however, there were no extra or hidden fees, and I believe Dr. Richardson and her staff put in more time and effort than what was paid for. Most of all, I love the way my teeth have turned out and it has helped restore confidence in my smile. I honestly believe I couldn’t have had a more positive and rewarding experience from an orthodontist than Dr. Richardson’s, because of the reasonable price and amount of effort her and her staff have shown towards improving my smile.

 

 

From Arlene: "I am 6'2" and I have been asked two questions all my life. "Do you play basketball?" (No) and "Do you model?" (NO!) I always smiled at the first, and was confused by the second, because I had a crooked teeth and a horrible bite. My dentist urged my parents to get braces for me as soon as I hit double digits in age. There was also the factor of needing jaw surgery to correct my bite.  I resisted, as I was already 6 feet by the time I was 12, and felt extremely awkward and didn't want to compound that with braces.

Typical decision. Horrible ramifications. I've spent the past 25 years hiding my smile. At the age of 40, I met Dr. Grace Richardson.  She was unlike any of the orthodontists that I had met as a teenager, and given her warmth and personable nature, I instantly felt that she could guide me through this process. And it was a process, as the surgery was substantial, and the recovery was challenging. I can't tell you how motivating it was though, to walk into the office and every single member of that team had a moment to chat, or a word of encouragement. I remember Tracy helping me through my first appointment for impressions. At the risk of sounding dramatic, I could have easily stopped the process there, but she made the difference.  Jeanette always shared a laugh and was a great example of how the "end result" could look. Lisa's caring, calm nature was another example of why I left there feeling good each time.

I am near the end, and now my braces are off and I'm smiling away.  I've learned that caring for my smile will be a lifelong commitment, given the retainers and proper care needed. At the same time, the relationship that I've developed with the team at Richardson Orthodontics will also continue for years to come and I am grateful and appreciative of their knowledge and their very compassionate approach."

They were on for 25 months.  I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Richardson Orthodontics. They are prompt, friendly and kind to the kids.  Dr. Grace and her staff are extremely approachable and don't mind any questions.  The most important thing to me as a parent, is that I feel that my daughter received the treatment she needed.  Dr. Grace saw my daughter every six months for a couple of years before she decided it was the right time to put on the braces.  We were not rushed at all.  She gave good advice and we trusted her completely. 

The financial commitment was very competitive with other practices in the city.  I have recommended her to three people, all of whom have decided to attend her practice, and I will continue to speak highly of her and her staff.  When my daughter had her braces removed, she couldn't believe how everyone  "wanted to see" - the administrative staff, the xray technicians, all the staff in the practice.  She felt so special.  I explained that she had been coming to see them for over 2 years and they were _/almost /_as excited as she was when it was time for them to be removed.  It was a very positive experience."
